What Is Eagle’s View Airstrip?
Eagle’s View Airstrip is Babanango Game Reserve’s first dedicated air-access point, located within the reserve in Zululand, KwaZulu-Natal.
The new airstrip means you can arrive closer to your safari experience, reducing road travel times while maximising your time spent in the bush.

How to Fly into Babanango Game Reserve
All arrivals at Eagle’s View Airstrip must be arranged in advance through the Babanango reservations team. Private aircraft and charter operators are welcome.
Helicopter access is also available, with three marked landing pads at Zulu Rock Hub, Valley Lodge and Fairview, as well as designated landing zones at Madwaleni River Lodge and Matatane Camp.
Helicopter landings are permitted exclusively for overnight guests, with pilots and guests required to complete and sign a landing permission form before arrival.
